What the model costs each time an agent thinks. SoloMatic does not resell it and adds no markup, because it never bills it.

- ✓Cost on every run. You see the steps, cost and result for each run. Where a model has no verified price, your own per-run cap is the limit.
- ✓Your key, your account. Revoke it at your provider whenever you like.
What a run might cost on your key
Illustrative estimate only, not a promise or a quote. It assumes a made-up run of 12,000 input tokens and 1,000 output tokens in total. Prices come from SoloMatic’s model catalog, checked 2026-10-05; providers can change them.

How do I start Individual or Business?+
Pick the plan on its card. You create your account and the 14-day free trial starts with no card needed. Add a card before it ends to keep the plan.
What is the platform fee, exactly?+
The monthly or annual price of the plan. It covers the SoloMatic platform: the builder, runs and run history, and, as they roll out, schedules and sharing. It does not include any model usage.
Who pays for the AI model?+
You do, directly to the provider whose key you connect (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic or Google). SoloMatic does not resell model usage and adds no markup to it.
What stops a run from costing too much?+
Every run has a step cap, a time limit and a budget. You set the budget on each agent, up to your plan ceiling. Catalog estimates are shown for models with a published price. For models without a verified price, your own per-run cap is the bound.
How will the free trial work?+
Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial and no card is needed. You get the full plan you picked. To keep it, add a card before the trial ends. If you do not, the trial ends with no charge and your account moves to Free: your oldest agent keeps running and the others become read-only. Nothing is deleted. The full terms will be shown at checkout.
Is there an agency or white-label plan?+
No. Multi-client workspaces and white-label are not built, and there is no price or date. If you build agents for clients, tell us what you need through the contact form and we will add you to the interest list.
What are the daily limits for?+
They keep a mistake or a loop from running up a large bill on your key. The ceilings are 5 (Free), 100 (Individual) and 500 (Business) runs per day.
Which features are fully live?+
Describing, testing and manually running agents are the core. Gmail read is a preview. Write tools, signed webhooks and share links are rolling out gradually, so they may not be on for your account yet.
What about existing Office, Pro, Suite or Managed customers?+
You keep your current plan, price and terms. Nothing here changes them. When Agents opens, an active Office subscription includes Agents with the Business plan limits. Contact us about Agents access on any other plan.
