First Client Onboarding Packet

Prepare for your SoloMatic onboarding call.

This packet explains what to prepare, what tools we may ask to connect, what SoloMatic can and cannot do before go-live, and how your AI Revenue Team moves from safe drafts to approved production work.

Your workspace starts in SAFE_DRAFT_APPROVAL_ONLY. Setup can prepare work, but it does not authorize live customer actions.
What to prepare before onboarding

Bring the business context your agent needs.

Business name, website, service area, and best-fit customers

Top offer or most valuable job type

Current lead sources: website, ads, referrals, marketplace leads, old CRM lists

Current response process: who answers, where leads go, when follow-up happens

CRM, spreadsheet, or inbox used for contacts and leads

Phone/SMS provider if missed-call or text follow-up is in scope

Email/calendar account used for bookings or customer replies

FAQs, service menu, quote rules, pricing notes, policies, and tone examples

Escalation rules: when SoloMatic should stop and ask a human

Tools we may ask to connect

You keep ownership of your accounts.

Email/calendar for replies, scheduling, and intake routing

CRM or lead source for reading opportunities and preparing updates

n8n or workflow automation workspace for client-owned automations

Phone/SMS provider for approved missed-call or text-back flows

File storage or documents for company knowledge

AI model account only if you want client-owned model billing

We use least-privilege access where possible. Do not share personal credentials in chat if a safer invite/OAuth method is available.

Client readiness checklist

You are ready when these feel clear.

I know which revenue leak I want fixed first.

I can describe how new leads currently arrive.

I know who should receive escalations.

I know which tools we own and can invite SoloMatic into.

I have FAQs, services, pricing notes, or policies ready to upload.

I understand that setup progress is not go-live permission.

I understand live actions require exact approval.

Bring questions — we can map this live

Not sure what tools you have?

Book onboarding call anyway. The first call can be used to map your current lead flow, identify the first revenue leak to fix, and decide what should stay draft-only until your team is comfortable approving production actions.
