Active Office includes 300 text requests per 30-day window; Free includes 20. Both allow up to 20 requests per UTC day and 5 per minute, subject to shared service capacity. Usage and the reset date carry across plan changes; unused requests do not roll over. Upgrading does not reset usage. After effective cancellation, Free remaining is 20 minus this window’s usage, floored at zero. Capacity safeguards may pause drafting. After effective cancellation, Free-origin My Desk work remains accessible and paid work remains locked until eligible reactivation. Existing agreements remain unchanged; contact support about previously agreed scope.
